Overview

The 61st and Radial Storm Sewer (CSO) Project includes construction of both sanitary and storm sewer to provide sewer separation to 109 acres in the area. The purpose of this project is to improve water quality in Cole Creek by reducing the amount of combined sewer overflows released into Cole Creek during rain events. 

The project area is located in the Cole Creek Basin, and is bounded on the north by Spaulding Street, on the east by N. 60th Street, on the south by Maple Street, and on the west by N. 63rd Street.
